The Host Family
We carefully select the Host families by having a personal interview with the family. A visit at their homes will give us a good perspective of family and house. It will give us the opportunity to inspect the au pair room, to make sure the au pair will be living comfortable in their homes.
The majority of the families are young , active and sociable families where both of the parents are working. Because they are working they have very busy lives and therefore they are looking for an au pair to help the family. Most of the families have two or more children, ranging from new born babies to teenagers. They usually have homes, Large enough to accommodate an extra person. For one year you are really a part of their family and they are waiting to welcome you.
