Steps to become an Aupair for Wecare Au Pair
Step 1: Application Form
Complete the application form which can be found on this website. The form also includes a number of questions about your self and your experience in child care.
Step 2: Interview
After completing and submitting the application form, you will receive a notification from us if you are qualified or not. We will notify you by e-mail. If you are qualified we will schedule an online interview with you to test you English and your experiences in childcare. This first contact will be done by headquarters in the Netherlands. This will enable us to have a good impression and complete picture of your qualifications and expectations, from there we will decide if you are hired to be an au pair for Wecare AuPair.
Step 3: Registration Fee
If you are hired and qualified to be an au pair for Wecare AuPair, We ask a small registration fee to secure us that you are serious and devoted to become an aupair for Wecare AuPair.
Step 4: Documents & Certificates
Once we have received the amount, you will receive an official registration letter from us together with a list of documents & Certificates which you have to provide us within 2 weeks to complete your aupair profile.
Step 5: Selecting a host family
The moment that your profile is complete, we will start looking for a host family. Once we have identified a family, you will receive a file on the family. You may then indicate whether you wish to be introduced to the family or not. Finding the right match is the key, it is essential that you have contact with the family before travelling to the Netherlands.
Step 6: Sorting out the necessary steps
If we have the right match, we will start the visa procedure for you; this can take a maximum of 12 weeks. Once the visa is released we will inform you, then you can pick up the visa at the Dutch Embassy in Manila.
Step 7: Travelling to the family
Travelling to the Netherlands, Wecare AuPair will make all the flight arrangements for you; once the flight ticket is booked you can pick up the ticket in Manila. The Host Family will be the one who pay the costs for the two way ticket. Travelling to the Airport in Manila from your house is for your own costs.
Step 8: Arrival in Amsterdam the Netherlands
A representative from Wecare AuPair, will be waiting for you together with the Host Family to welcome you in The Netherlands. After a drink & a bite at the airport we will depart to the house of the Host Family and introduce you to the children and show you around the house & living area.
